Tiffany A. Frazier recently joined the District of Columbia Public Service Commission as the Regulatory Affairs Specialist in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). She has 12 years of Federal and District government experience.

Ms. Frazier began her career with the U.S. Department of State in the Office of Diplomatic Security. Prior to joining the Commission, she worked for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) by providing help desk support and training to FDA employees on automated procurement and budget systems. Prior to working for the FDA, Ms. Frazier was a temporary employee at the Commission assigned to OGC. She provided administrative support to the attorneys by conducting legal research and by drafting orders approving telecommunications interconnection agreements and orders granting alternative energy supply and local telecommunications providers requests for Commission certification. Ms. Frazier is a member of the National Notary Association.
