Commission Welcomes Ms. Bernadette Francis as Program Support Specialist

Bernadette Francis

Bernadette Francis joined the Commission on March 31, 2008, as the Program Support Specialist in the Office of Technical and Regulatory Analysis (OTRA). Ms Francis brings more than eight years work experience in state and local government and the non-profit sector. Ms. Francis will provide program support to the Pipeline Safety Program team and provide administrative support to the Deputy Executive Director and to other OTRA units.

Prior to joining the Commission, Ms. Francis worked as a Management Analyst for Sedgwick County Government in Wichita, Kansas where she helped to prepare and manage operating budgets. She also communicated the County Commission budget policy to departments, and monitored their work processes and workflow.

Ms. Francis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas.
