Frances Annette Johnson will continue her 18-year career with the Commission by serving as the Supervisory Consumer Specialist in the Office of Consumer Services at the DC Public Service Commission. She joined the Commission in 1990 as Executive Assistant to Commissioner Edward M. Meyers, and for the past 13 years, she has served as a Consumer Specialist and Senior Consumer Specialist in the Office of Consumers Services. She has over 30 years of private sector and District Government experience.

Mrs. Johnson attended Virginia State College in Petersburg, Virginia.
