  • At least 20 CLECs were providing service in DC. CLECs had 7.9% of lines. (Nationally, CLECs’ share was 4.3%.)
    • CLECs’ share of Residential Lines – 2.6%. (4 companies)
    • CLECs’ share of Business Lines – 10.3%. (14 companies)
  • CLECs had 18% of revenues.
  • CLEC revenues were $62 million.
