  • At least 32 CLECs were providing service in DC. CLECs had 8.7% of lines.
    • (Nationally, CLECs’ share was 7.7%.)
    • CLECs’ share of Residential Lines – 4.5% (10 companies)
    • CLECs’ share of Business Lines – 9.9% (21 companies)
  • CLECs had 25% of revenues.
  • CLEC revenues were $96 million.
