  • CLECs’ share of residential lines was 16.4%. (17 companies)
  • CLECs’ share of commercial lines was 19.0%. (33 companies)
  • CLECs had 36.0% of local DC telecommunications industry revenues.
  • CLEC revenues were $131 million compared with $134 million in of 2004.
  • At least 40 CLECs provided service in DC.
  • CLECs had 18.4% of lines. (U.S. average 18.0%)
