  • CLECs’ share of residential lines was 15.9%. (21 companies)
  • CLECs’ share of commercial lines was 18.7%. (32 companies)
  • CLECs had 35.7% of local DC telecommunications industry revenues.
  • CLEC revenues were $134 million compared with $90 million as of the end of 2003.
  • At least 43 CLECs provided service in DC.
  • CLECs had 18.0% of lines. (U.S. average 18.5%)
