Six suppliers participated in Pepco’s 2009-2010 Standard Offer Service (SOS) RFP. The winning suppliers were:
- American Electric Power Service Corporation
- Constellation Energy Commodities Group, Inc.
- Hess Corporation
- NextEra Energy Power Marketing, LLC
These four suppliers will provide electricity starting June 1, 2010.
The following list contains the five suppliers that will serve SOS customers for the 2010-2011 term:

- Consolidated Edison Energy, Inc. (under contract from a previous year bidding)
