Three suppliers participated in Pepco’s Standard Offer Service (SOS) auction held in December 2022 and January 2023. There were three winning suppliers in the auction who will be supplying electricity to Pepco to serve SOS customers starting June 1, 2023.
- ConocoPhillips Company
- Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (previously bid as Exelon Generation Company LLC).
- NextEra Energy Marketing, LLC
In total, there will be four suppliers providing electricity for the SOS service year beginning June 1, 2023:
- ConocoPhillips Company (under contract from this year’s bidding).
- Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (under contract from this year’s bidding and from a previous year’s bidding).
- Macquarie Energy LLC (under contract from a previous year’s bidding).
- NextEra Energy Marketing, LLC (under contract from this year’s bidding and from a previous year’s bidding).
